(MENAFN) Namibia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are discovering ways to boost cooperation in the oil and gas sector, the Namibia Presidency stated in a statement on Tuesday.
The move follows Namibian President Hage Geingob's successful visit to the UAE which concluded on Monday, the statement affirmed.
Geingob joined the Zayed Sustainability Prize Award Ceremony and inaugural ceremony of the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, at the invitation of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
According to the statement, Geingob and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed also held bilateral discussions.
