ABU DHABI, 3rd January, 2019 (WAM) -- Abu Dhabi National Energy Company, TAQA, has announced that it will take part in this year's edition of the World Future Energy Summit, WFES 2019, to contribute to and shape the evolving dialogue on sustainability.
During the summit, TAQA will highlight its perspectives in the 11 markets it operates in throughout the world, and will showcase its experience in promoting clean energy technologies in a variety of applications in both the power generation and water desalination sectors.
As a key part of the annual Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, WFES is dedicated to advancing future energy, energy efficiency and clean technologies. Hosted annually by Masdar, it is taking place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, ADNEC, between 14th and 17th January. WFES includes a summit, an international exhibition, panel discussions, corporate meetings and social events.
The summit represents a business platform bringing together project owners and solution providers with investors and buyers from both the public and private sectors. It attracts world leaders, international policy makers, industry leaders, investors, experts, academia, intellectuals and journalists to discuss practical and sustainable solutions to future energy challenges.
