(MENAFN- Jordan Times) AMMAN — The Board of Directors of the Housing Bank for Trade and Finance has announced the appointment of Ammar Bashir Safadi as chief executive officer as of December 9, a statement from the Housing Bank said.
Safadi has more than 27 years of experience in the field of banking and financial services, and has held a number of leadership positions at local and international banks, the last of which was CEO of the National Kuwait Bank in Jordan.
He holds an MBA in International economics from the UK and a BA in Economics and Statistics from the University of Jordan. He also sits on the board of directors of several companies.
