Bahrain works on 3 transport initiatives

(MENAFN) Bahrain was unveiled to be targeting the launch of three major projects in its transportation and telecommunications.
The planned projects include King Hamad Causeway, the train project, and Bahrain International Airport, revealed Bahraini transportation and telecommunications minister Kamal bin Ahmad.
The Bahraini minister further assured that the first stage of King Hamad Causeway is on schedule, with a forecast to be wrapped up next year in September.
The minister also announced the issue of a bid for the selection of a key advisor for an initiative to construct a bridge and a railway between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
