(MENAFN) Police declared that 3 militants and a civilian have died in an intense clash and explosion at a village in restive Indian-controlled Kashmir.
The clash took place in village Laroo of Kulgam district, 78 km south of Srinagar city, the summer capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir.
A police official posted in Kulgam confirmed: "In a gunfight that broke out here today at Laroo, three militants were killed."
"While fighting these militants two troopers were also wounded."
