Turkish deputy PM: economic reforms see positive outlook from investors

(MENAFN) Turkish Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mehmet Simsek noted that investors from overseas have built up a positive outlook towards Turkey's recent overhaul in economy.

The top official also suggested that a boost in the capital flow to Turkey is to occur as a result of reforms as well as June's early presidential and parliamentary elections.

The Turkish deputy prime minister also gathered with 100 global investors, he revealed at the Spring Meetings of the Boards of Governors of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group (WBG).

He stated "I have had the opportunity to brief investors on the Turkish economy and the reforms planned after the early elections scheduled for June 24."
