(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Danube Properties, which launched eight projects in three years with a combined value of over Dh3 billion, on Monday announced completion of Dh350 million Glitz Residence 1 and 2 projects within two years of its sale launch.
The developer said owners will soon start taking deliveries of their units. The company has launched 3,217 units - 3,165 residential and 52 retail units - since making its foray into real estate market in 2014.
The Dubai-based company is scheduled to deliver 831 units worth Dh1 billion this year.
The company launched two major projects - Dh300 million Resortz and Dh450 million Bayz - earlier this year. Construction of Resortz has already started while Bayz is undergoing tendering process. These two projects are worth Dh750 million and are part of the 68 real estate projects registered with the Dubai Land Department, with a combined value of Dh21 billion during the first-half of 2017.
All existing projects are expected to be delivered by 2019-end, Danube said.
