No Casualties among Saudis, on board of Qatari Plane Made Emergency Landing, in Azores

Lisbon, Rabi'I 6, 1438, Dec 5, 2016, SPA -- The Saudi Embassy in Portugal has been informed, that a plane of the Qatari airline's flight number QR708 (Washington-Dulles - Doha), which made an emergency landing on Sunday, December 4, 2016, at on airport, in the Portugal's Azores Islands because, of an air disturbances, resulted in no harm at all affecting Saudi nationals on board.
On the other hand, the passengers were taken to a hotel near the airport, and they do not call their condition is an emergency, where Qatar Airways took its responsibilities towards them, until the arrival an alternative Qatari plane.
For his part, the Saudi Ambassador to Portugal Adel bin Abdulrahman Bakhsh is closely following up the condition of the Saudis and keeping contact with them, to be reassured of their safety.
