The company has received bids from 14 companies for four packages in October to build a 2,400 MW integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) plant
However, the bids were higher than expected, and it is seeking lower-cost bids for the packages
A source familiar with the matter said: "The original bid price exceeded the budget so they are trying to find ways to shrink the cost.
