Rimini (Italy) 25 September 2025 - After a summer that reshaped travel habits, from 8 to 10 October, Rimini Expo Centre, Italy, will once again become the beating heart of the tourism industry — the place where professionals meet to reflect, connect with markets, and design the future. This is the moment for TTG Travel Experience and InOut | The Hospitality Community, the leading global tourism promotion events curated by Italian Exhibition Group.

This edition follows a record-breaking season with over 215 million overnight stays, driven by foreign visitors who accounted for more than 111 million nights in Italy. According to Assoturismo, the traveller of 2025 has changed: shorter breaks, staggered departures throughout the summer, and more cautious spending…

That’s why the leitmotif of the 62nd edition is “Awake to a New Era” — an invitation to open our eyes to change and rewrite the industry’s models and skillsets. The market has already answered the call: MyAgenda by TTG, the matchmaking platform connecting exhibitors and buyers from more than 70 countries, was launched online on 9 September and quickly attracted high levels of activity. Overall, the event reports over 50% new buyers compared to 2024, with a focus on food & wine, art and culture, active holidays, and conference tourism promising an edition designed to spark connections and drive tourism flows.

SMARTER AND GREENER HOTELS, RESTAURANTS DRIVING DESTINATIONS

Hospitality is entering a new era — and it’s on full display at TTG and InOut, where hotels are becoming more digital, experiential, and sustainable, and restaurants are stepping into the spotlight as key drivers that bring destinations to life. All while keeping pace with the trends reshaping how we travel.

YOUTH, SKILLS, AND THE FUTURE: TOURISM GEARS UP FOR CHANGE

TTG 2025 places human capital at the centre and calls on the industry to prepare for the challenges ahead.

“"As technology advances at unprecedented speed, industry players must arm themselves with the right tools to navigate its challenges. Now more than ever, it is crucial to train professionals who can embrace and harness AI, rather than be intimidated by it”, points out Gloria Armiri, Group Exhibition Manager at IEG. Digital skills, artificial intelligence, and lifelong learning will be among the key topics of discussion, shaping the tourism professions of tomorrow.

INOUT: WHERE HOSPITALITY BECOMES AN EXPERIENCE

Running alongside TTG, InOut | The Hospitality Community transforms hospitality into a narrative experience. Adding a cultural and inspirational touch to the event is Michelangelo Pistoletto, nominee for the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize, who on 8 October will present his “Third Paradise” project and deliver a talk on “Tourism as an Artistic Act: Awakening Territories and Consciences.”

New for 2025 is a partnership with Assosport, the association representing Italy’s sports and wellness sector. And within the hospitality sector - where InOut is Italy’s premier event - a dedicated spotlight on sport and wellness was a must.
