"The enemy in our sector uses KABs daily to strike large cities. The two largest cities in our area are Kherson and Zaporizhzhia. For several days in a row, the enemy terrorized Zaporizhzhia with these guided aerial bombs, and now they have struck Kherson. These guided aerial bombs are high-powered munitions; for example, they contain half a ton of explosives, which creates a fairly powerful explosion. The enemy is striking large populated areas where there are clusters of civilians, civilian buildings, and cars. Therefore, this is a real example of the enemy being a terrorist," Voloshyn emphasized.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of September 26, Russian aircraft dropped a dozen and a half aerial bombs on Kherson .
