The idea came from Elvis's desire to bring something new to Sarajevo. "I knew our audience loves trying things they'll remember," he says.

One of the first signs of success appeared when tourists shared a simple phone video of the pasta preparation online. By the next day, the restaurant was packed. "That was the clearest sign we were on the right track. Good food in Sarajevo, along with a unique experience, naturally becomes the best kind of advertising."
