Four Houses Damaged In Russia's Overnight Missile Attack On Pavlohrad


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Russian forces launched a missile attack on Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region, overnight, damaging four private houses.

Serhii Lysak, head of the region's military administration, announced this on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.

"At night, the enemy launched a missile attack on Pavlohrad. Four private houses were damaged by debris there. Fortunately, there are no casualties," he wrote.

Lysak said that three women aged 38, 65 and 71 were injured in Nikopol during the evening and morning shelling.

"The Russians struck Nikopol with heavy artillery and kamikaze drones. They also used MLRS. Three enterprises, a college, a kindergarten and garages were mutilated in the city. Ten private buildings, three outbuildings, and a gas pipeline were damaged. A car was destroyed," he said.

According to Lysak, rescuers' equipment was also damaged. "After one strike, they were extinguishing the fire in a house when the enemy attacked again. The firefighters managed to take shelter," he said.

He also added that "the situation was not calm in the Marhanets and Pokrovske communities." "No one was hurt there. Experts are determining the consequences of the attacks," he wrote.

Ukraine's air defense units destroyed a Russian missile and a reconnaissance drone in the region overnight.
