Himachal Pradesh Shivers At Sub-Zero Temperatures As Snowfall, Rain Continue


(MENAFN- Live Mint) "As many as 720 roads, including four national highways, in Himachal Pradesh, are blocked following snow while 2,243 transformers are disrupted.
