“The United Arab Emirates sent the salaries of the lecturers to the Ministry of Higher Education for the Taliban based on the amount determined during the republic, but according to one of the professors at Sheikh Zahid University in Khost, Nida Mohammad Nadim, the Minister of Higher Education, said that the teachers do not deserve such high salaries.”

These professors criticize that the Taliban's Ministry of Higher Education has pressured them to accept lower monthly salaries and has made them concerned about their economic situation.

They say that in the past three months, the Taliban has not paid them the desired salary of the Minister of Higher Education, nor the previously determined salary.
