In the newly expanded role, Naden will be responsible for building the agency's business across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, aesthetics, and consumer health & wellness clients. She also will oversee client growth and satisfaction and talent development and retention.
Nadan brings more than 20 years of experience to the role. She is moving to BCW after six years with Lippe Taylor, where she most recently served as group president.

She replaces former North America healthcare practice lead Rachi Govil, who is now Real Chemistry's chief client officer, integrated marketing communications.
“There are tremendous opportunities across the health and wellness industry for brands to grow and thrive, as preventative health and leading a vibrant lifestyle become priorities across generations,” said BCW Americas CEO Kristine Boyden, to whom Naden will report.“At the same time, companies in this space must work to help overcome growing health inequities and protect against weaponized information. Tracy's two decades of experience in building and protecting health and wellness brands make her well-suited to lead our practice at this key juncture for clients across the space.”
