this is said in a statement on the official telegram channel of the president of ukraine, ukrinform reports.

as ukrinform reported, in an online address to the organization of american states, president volodymyr zelensky said that those who ordered the destruction of the kakhovka hpp and reservoir understood the consequences of their actions.
