(MENAFN- ukrinform) president volodymyr zelensky has discussed with Minister of internal affairs ihor klymenko the ways to tackle the consequences of the kakhovka hpp destruction and the issue of developing a new doctrine of ukraine. this is said in a statement on the official telegram channel of the president of ukraine, ukrinform reports.
