Winners Honoured At IIS-MASET Awards

Ideal Indian School (IIS) held a special award ceremony to honour the students who excelled in the MASET 2023-the Math & Science olympiad organised by the school.
The First Secretary at the Embassy of India in Qatar Sachin Dinkar Shankpal was the chief guest. The event was attended by the Chief Patron of MASET 2023 and President of IIS, Dr. Hassan Kunhi M P; President of the Indian Cultural Centre, Manikantan A P; Principal, Shaik Shamim Saheb; Heads of Sections, other school principals, teachers, students, and parents.
The top three winners were awarded medals, cash awards, and certificates to recognise their outstanding achievements, while the remaining winners in the top 10 were honoured with certificates. The Chief Guest, Guest of Honour, and Chief Patron personally presented the awards to the winners.
The top three winners are as follow: In Grade 8, Shamita Adiga from Birla Public School secured the first position, while Amir Nawaz Razvi Syed from DPS - Modern Indian School secured the second position. The third position was achieved by Ameya Shivaji Dhuri from Birla Public School.
In Grade 9, Ritesh Vardhan Reddy from DPS - Modern Indian School emerged as the top scorer, followed by Imaad Hussain from DPS - Modern Indian School in second place. Anjali Girish Rao from DPS - Monarch International School secured the third position.
In Grade 10, Shubham Tejas Mehta from Birla Public School secured the first position, with Roshon Ray from DPS - Modern Indian School securing the second position. Saumya Hiteshbhai Patel from Rajagiri Public School achieved the third position.
Speaking on the occasion Chief Guest Sachin Shankpal conveyed his sincere appreciation for Ideal Indian School's remarkable initiative in organizing MASET and their dedication to fostering academic excellence and nurturing young minds in the fields of Mathematics and Science.
In his speech, the Chief Patron of MASET 2023 and the School President Dr. Hassan Kunhi M P reiterated the school's commitment to promoting intellectual vitality and fostering a culture of healthy competition.
The Guest of Honour Manikantan A P delivered an inspiring message, urging the students to persevere with unwavering determination and wholeheartedly devote themselves to their pursuits.
Presenting a report on MASET 2023 Principal Shaik Shamim Saheb congratulated the students on their hard work and dedication. The programme was hosted by Lipsy Sabu, the Head of the Department of English.
