(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) MOSCOW, 8th April, 2023 (WAM) – Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Russian Federation, was awarded the Order of Friendship by Sergei Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister, in recognition of his significant contributions to strengthening UAE-Russian relations.
During the ceremony to award Dr. Al Jaber by decree of Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, Lavrov commended the Ambassador's efforts to bolster bilateral ties.
Dr. Al Jaber expressed his pride at receiving the award, noting his appreciation for the trust placed in him by the UAE leadership. Moreover, he underscored the willingness of both sides to further develop bilateral ties.
