Doha: Ministry of Interior confirmed that one person has died in the collapsed building in Bin Durham area (Mansoura).
The Ministry in a statement on social media said, 'Seven people have been rescued as a four-storeyed residential building collapsed in Bin Durham area of Central Doha, while one person who was inside the building has died.'
It added that efforts are underway to ensure no one is trapped inside the building and to ensure the security of the residents surrounding the area.

The building, few metres behind the Lulu Express on B-Ring Road, collapsed on Wednesday morning.
Civil Defense, ambulances and police officials cordoned off the area.
