5.3-Magnitude Quake Hits Southern Iran

(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) ABU DHABI, 17th November, 2022 (WAM) – The National Seismic Network of the national centre of meterology (NCM) recorded an earthquake that struck southern Iran at 17:59 (UAE local time) on Thursday evening.
The 5.3-magnitude quake was 'slightly felt' by residebnts and did not have any effect in the UAE, the NCM confirmed.
