(MENAFN- UkrinForm) On September 24, six vessels left Ukrainian ports through the 'grain corridor'. Two more ships are waiting to depart.
The press service of the Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure said this in a Facebook post, Ukrinform reports.
'Today, eight ships carrying 131,300 tonnes of agricultural products will depart from the ports of Odesa and Chornomorsk. Foodstuffs are intended for the countries of Africa, Asia and Europe. As of 10:00, six ships left the ports, having joined a caravan, and two more are waiting for their turn,' report reads.

Since the“grain corridor” was launched, 211 ships have exported 4.7 million tonnes of Ukrainian agricultural products to the countries of Asia, Europe and Africa.
As Ukrinform reported, on July 22, Ukraine, Turkey, Russia and the United Nations signed an agreement unblocking grain exports from three Ukrainian ports – Odesa, Chornomorsk and Pivdennyi.
The first ship carrying Ukrainian grain left the port of Odesa on August 1.
