'The Russian occupiers hit a dormitory in Slobidsky district of Kharkiv city in the morning. As of now, 18 people have been injured, two of them are children. One person was killed,' Oleh Synehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram .
