IRISL ships 3,000 tons of commodities across INSTC in last two months

(MENAFN) The Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (IRISL) has exported 3,000 tons of commodities in addition to 114 TEUs of vessel goods across the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) during the last two Iranian calendar months (May 22-July 23).

IRISL established a functional working group for the growth of shipment with INSTC at the begging of April and the firm has until now distributed 300 ships to the carriage of goods across this line, according to IRNA report.

The north-south corridor was mainly established with the target of shipping goods among India as well as Europe via Iran, however, it stayed in the first phases of buildings for several years.

The war among Russia and Ukraine as well as the unusual geopolitical condition of Iran in the district have once more put an appropriate ground for the recovery of the stated corridor; so, this has established a great business occasion for the Islamic Republic of Iran on the global stage.
