(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, August 15, 2022, SPA -- The Ministry of Culture today announced launching the suppliers e-portal which is allocated for local and international suppliers to administrate registration processes, data update, announce competitions, refer invoices and certificates of achievement.
The platform allows suppliers to deliver and update legal documents and requirements of financial and technical competence, in addition to allowing them to check on available competitions and projects, refer and follow up on invoices and certificates of achievement, follow up on purchase orders, refer inquiries and request related to projects, register and express interest to work with the ministry and affiliated cultural commissions and entities, refer tables of quantities, issue letters of ending terms of contracts and purchase orders, and observe performance and evaluate the services of any given supplier.
The Suppliers' Portal aims at building a comprehensive, accurate and specialised database of competent suppliers to improve the quality of services, increase the level of transparency and equality and instil the concept of fair competition in a way that serves the cultural goals of the Saudi Vision 2030.
