DOHA: The State of Qatar has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the bombing in the city of Merca in southern Somalia, which led to deaths and injuries. In a statement yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm position on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of the motives and reasons. The Ministry expressed the condolences of Qatar to the families of the victims and the government and people of Somalia, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
