FM Kazakbaev proposes to hold Kyrgyz-Kuwaiti business forum

Kyrgyzstan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Ruslan Kazakbaev proposed to hold in Kyrgyzstan the Kyrgyz-Kuwaiti business forum with the participation of business circles of both countries, Trend reports with reference to Kabar .

A meeting of Kazakbaev with his Kuwaiti counterpart Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah was held on Wednesday in Islamabad, Pakistan.

In the course of the meeting, the two foreign ministers noted with satisfaction the high level of bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and Kuwait.

'The Kyrgyz side called to strengthen trade and investment cooperation, confirming its deep interest in holding the next 3rd meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission in Kuwait in 2022 as soon as possible,' the report said.

The Kyrgyz and Kuwaiti foreign ministers agreed to accelerate the processes of agreement on a number of important agreements in the political, trade, investment, cultural, educational and other spheres and prepare them for signing.

In order to establish direct interaction between private structures of the two states and diversify trade relations between the countries, Ruslan Kazakbaev suggested holding a Kyrgyz-Kuwaiti business forum with the participation of business circles of both countries in Kyrgyzstan.
