Ukraine - MFA: Forcible relocation of people from Mariupol to Russia similar to Nazi actions in World War II

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has compared the forcible relocation of Mariupol residents by Russian military to the aggressor country with similar actions of the Nazis in the Second World War.
MFA spokesman Oleh Nikolenko wrote on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.
“First they came to destroy the cities, bombing hospitals, theaters, schools and shelters, killing civilians and children. Then they forcibly relocated the scared, exhausted people to the invader's land. A chapter from WWII? No – the actions of the Russian army, today in Mariupol,” he wrote.
As reported, according to the Mariupol City Council, some residents of the Livobereznyi district of Mariupol are being taken to Russia against their will.
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and general mobilization was announced.
