Turkmenistan's over $1 million worth of humanitarian aids arrive in Afghanistan

A spokesperson of the Taliban Ahmadullah Wasiq said that Turkmenistan provided Afghanistan's people with $ one million and 200 thousand worth of humanitarian aids.

The humanitarian aid arrived through Tor Ghondi port to the Western Herat province on Wednesday, December 15.

Ahmadullah Wasiq said that the shipment includes petrol, Diesel, Gas, Wheat, and clothes.

Deputy Foreign Minister of Afghanistan Sher Muhammad Abbas Stanekzai had reportedly traveled to the province two days ago.

Sher Muhammad Abbas Stanekzai met with his Turk counterpart Wafa Khadzhiev and thanked him for their humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.

Stanekzai added that bilateral relations between the two countries have always been friendly and that the Afghan government is ready for the TAPI, TAP and railway projects to get started.
