(MENAFN- Newsroom Panama) Panama's Institutional Protection Service (SPI) attached to the Ministry of the Presidency is flouting legislation that regulates remodeling in Casco Viejo that prohibits installing air conditioning compressors on facades or that can be seen from the outside.
The security force which among other duties provides protection for the president has enabled a dining room in the lower part of the sports field built on Eloy Alfaro Ave. and installed air conditioners on its façade.
