Morocco records 811 COVID-19 infections, 6 mortalities


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RABAT, July 25 (KUNA) -- The Moroccan Ministry of Health reported 811 new COVID-19 cases and six deaths due to the virus in the last 24 hours.
This increased the total infections and fatalities to 19,654 and 305 respectively, Moaz Mrabet, coordinator of the national center for public health emergency operations at the ministry, said in a news briefing.
Some 182 patients recovered from the virus over the last day, bringing the total recoveries to 16,282, he noted.
There are some 53 cases suffering difficult health conditions, while seven others are on respiration devices, he said. (end)
