Saudi- Ministry of Finance Announces the Successful Pricing of the Sixth International Note Issuance for a Total value of USD 5 Billion


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, January 22, 2020, SPA -- The Ministry of Finance through the National Debt Management Center has announced the receipt of subscriptions from investors for its sixth international issuance under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Global Medium-Term Note Programme.
The issuance was more than 4 times oversubscribed, with total orders amounting to more than USD 23 billion. The Kingdom will issue a total of USD 5 billion (equivalent to SAR 18.75 billion), consisting of three tranches as follows: USD 1 billion (equivalent to SAR 3.75 billion) for 7 year notes maturing 2027, USD 1.25 billion (equivalent to SAR 4.68 billion) for 12 year notes maturing 2032, and USD 2.75 billion (equivalent to SAR 10.31 billion) for 35 year notes maturing 2055.
