Pakistani police officer said that an explosion took place near a vehicle in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region in Dir district in Pakistan on Sunday evening, resulting in 6 deaths and 8 injuries, according to Xinhua.
The vehicle was struck by a bomb planted on the roadside and was activated with a remote control.
Rescue operations along with security forces were dispatched to the site and the wounded were transported to a nearby hospital.
