Attack in Yemen by Saudi coalition

(MENAFN) Saudi Press Agency reported on Saturday that, Saudi-led coalition involved in a war in Yemen damaged six military targets in Yemen's capital Sanaa.

Five air defense sites and one missile storage of Houthi militias were targeted by the coalition forces, as said by the coalition spokesperson Turki Al Maliki.

He said that the procedure was part of earlier airstrikes to destruct the hostile abilities of Houthis, out of the dedication of the coalition to prevent the militia and other terrorist groups from building military powers that could threaten the safety of civilians, the United Nations plans and air navigation.

He defended the procedures as complying with the global law and taking into consideration the defense of civilians close to the targeted sites.
