CEC registers 658 more foreign observers at Ukraine's parliamentary elections


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The Central Election Commission of Ukraine registered 658 official observers from foreign states and international organizations at Ukraine's snap parliamentary elections scheduled for July 21.

 'Thus, as of July 12, the Central Election Commission registered 1,413 official observers at Ukraine's snap parliamentary elections scheduled for July 21, 2019. Fifty-eight official observers were registered from ten foreign countries, and 1,355 official observers were registered from 15 international organizations, the press service of the CEC reports.

In particular, two observers from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, four observers from the European Union, three observers from the International Expert Center for Electoral Systems (ICES), three observers from the International Federation of Liberal Youth (IFLRY), 51 observers from the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs, 595 observers from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) were registered.
