(MENAFN) The local government declared that Mexican authorities discovered five bodies Saturday in a dumped vehicle left outside the police offices in the municipality of San Juan de Sabinas in the northern state of Coahuila.
The Coahuila public security department confirmed that local prosecutors had launched a probe to name the five victims and find proof.
A police arm of the prosecutor's office of the Coahuila state explained that the vehicle was left in the early hours of Saturday outside the headquarters of the investigative police.
Local media revealed that the vehicle was abandoned after armed men started shooting shots of the building.
