Monday is not the most active day to be monitoring certain stocks, which meant that Israeli-based PV Nano Cell Ltd. (OTC: PVNNF) had the stage pretty much to itself.

The company, which prides itself on being an innovative provider of inkjet-based digital printing solutions, hooked up with Chicago-basedAllen Woods & Associates, a leading manufacturers' representative. The agreement will enable the two companies to distribute and sell PV Nano Cell printers and Sicrys™ inks in the U.S., and allowing PV Nano Cell to expand its presence in the U.S.

PV Nano Cell CEO Fernando de la Vega, commented, "We are excited to cooperate with Allen Woods & Associates to introduce our conductive printing solutions and Sicrys inks to the promising Chicago area. PV Nano Cell, along with its fully owned subsidiary DigiFlex Ltd, already has a strong install-based in the area and we are looking forward to further grow the business with our partner."

Shares had to pop the drag chute Monday afternoon on small-cap markets, hiking 2.2 cents, or 110%, to 42 cents. Volume was right in character with the relaxed nature of the day, however, registering only 3,200 shares.
