Turkish, U.S Presidents troops withdrawal in phone conversation


(MENAFN) Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and U.S. President Donald Trump conferred Washington's prearranged troop pulling out from Syria in a phone call late Thursday.

Both presidents decided that the pulling out of U.S. forces from Syria should be conducted in line with mutual interests, emphasizing the need to support the political process in the war-torn country, according to Turkish presidential sources.

They also reaffirmed their nations' strict stance to combat all forms of terrorism.

They also decided to further boost economic ties, setting a goal of USD75 billion in bilateral trade.
