Qatar- Design District showcasing collections of top fashion designers


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Shop Qatar's Design District, launched recently at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (Halls 1 and 2), is showcasing various collections of renowned fashion designers from Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, France, Morocco, Tunisia, and India daily between 3pm and 10pm through a series of fashion shows and pop-up shops. Divided into six avenues (Art, Tailors, Fashion, Design, Lifestyle, and Beauty), the District also gives art enthusiasts in Qatar to meet renowned local artists like Fahd al-Obaidly, Yasser al-Mulla, Muna al-Badr, Mariam al-Mulla, and Radi al-Hajri, who are showcasing their works. Hair and makeup artists, mostly from Kuwait, are also conducting daily masterclasses at the Design District, which runs until January 12.
