UK's house value slightly drops in Sept

(MENAFN) British average house price stood at nearly USD308,995 in September after being seasonally tuned, declining by 0.9 percent from the earlier month, based on recent reports.

Meanwhile, House values in the third quarter were 2.0 percent greater than in the prior quarter, according to data from the Halifax, a lender under Lloyds Banking Group.

"House price growth should remain solid in the final stages of the year, as the recovery in average incomes and consumer confidence boosts demand," said a Chief Property Economist.
