Intense Fighting On Vremivka Front: 37 Assaults Over Past Day

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) On the Vremivka front, Russian forces launched 37 assault operations over the past day, marking the highest number in a week.

Vladyslav Voloshyn, Spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces stated this in a comment to Ukrinform.

"The enemy is increasingly intensifying their assaults, using small infantry groups supported by armored fighting vehicles. Yesterday, even their tanks were active in the area. Ukrainian forces actively defended their positions, destroying one tank and nine armored vehicles. Our soldiers strive to stabilize the situation along the frontline. Despite these successes, fierce battles continue as 37 combat clashes occurred in this sector, which significantly exceeds the usual daily count of 22-26 engagements on this front,” Voloshyn stated.
