Ukrainian Air Defenses Destroy Seven Russian Reconnaissance Drones In Past Day

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Over the past day, the Air Force of Ukraine intercepted and destroyed seven Russian reconnaissance UAVs.
The press service of the Air Force Command of the armed forces of Ukraine said this in a post on facebook , Ukrinform reports.
"Over the past day, seven reconnaissance UAVs were destroyed by air defense in the country's south and east," the statement said.
As of 09:00, the Air Force destroyed four Zala UAVs, two Orlan-10 UAVs, and one Supercam UAV.

As reported by Ukrinform, the total combat losses of Russia's invasion troops in Ukraine are estimated at 577,060, including 1,060 killed and wounded in the past 24 hours. Ukraine's Defense Forces destroyed 8,381 Russian tanks (+25 in the past day), 16,141 (+38) armored fighting vehicles, 16,056 (+46) artillery systems, 1,130 (+1) MLR systems, 906 air defense systems, 363 warplanes, 326 helicopters, 12,832 (+27) UAVs, 2,406 cruise missiles, 28 warships/cutters, a submarine, 21,687 (+53) vehicles and fuel tankers, and 2,696 (+6) units of specialized equipment.
