Dubai Land Department completes 647 real estate settlements worth AED 1.38 billion in H1 2024 via Oqoodi Platform

Through the Oqoodi Platform service, 100% of the settlement agreements were approved, facilitating and expediting real estate settlements. This achievement has enhanced the effectiveness of managing disputes and provided a safe and reliable method for confirming and legally documenting each party’s agreement to the terms.
