Kyrgyzstan-China Business Forum Wraps Up With Signing Of Diverse Tools


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, April 3. TheKyrgyzstan-China business forum in Bishkek concluded with thesigning of seven agreements totaling $1.151 billion, Trend reports.

According to the National investment Agency of Kyrgyzstan, theseagreements focus on the energy and mining sectors.

Bakyt Torobayev, Deputy Head of the Cabinet of Ministers ofKyrgyzstan and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture andProcessing Industry, highlighted the significance of theseagreements, emphasizing the opportunity they present forentrepreneurs to bolster cooperation and establish businesscontacts.

At the forum's culmination, Chinese investors expressed interestin collaborating with Kyrgyz entrepreneurs on significantinvestment projects within Kyrgyzstan.

To note, the forum attracted over 50 prominent Chineseenterprises, showcasing their eagerness to embark on collaborativeventures between Kyrgyzstan and China. Furthermore, approximately50 domestic companies, representing diverse sectors such asagriculture, healthcare, education, digital development, industry,tourism, and services, contributed to the event's rich tapestry ofparticipation.

Throughout the forum, entrepreneurs delivered presentationsacross various sectors and deliberated on proposals and investmentprojects.
