Russia Deploys Two Missile Carriers To Black Sea, Total Volley Of 12 Kalibr Missiles

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) The enemy continues to build up the presence of missile carriers in the Black Sea, currently there are two with a total volley of 12 missiles.

Natalia Humeniuk the head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Operational Command South, said this on the air of the telethon 'United News', an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"Unfortunately, the enemy continues to increase the presence of missile launchers. As we approach Independence Day, it is likely that the enemy will create tension and may strike in ways that will be quite adequate, as they see it, in their response to sacred dates. Currently, there are two missile carriers in the Black Sea: A small missile ship and a submarine. The total volley of calibers is 12 missiles," said Humeniuk.

According to her, this makes the level of missile danger extremely high. Therefore, she noted, it is necessary to respond promptly to air raid alarms, not to neglect warnings, and to remember that submarine launches are very difficult to detect because in this case, there are several minutes to respond, not an hour.

Humeniuk noted that the enemy has several areas and launch sites in the Black Sea. However, since the distance of launching missile carriers from the sea by land reaches 2,500 kilometers, these missile carriers can be in an area that is safe enough for them to launch, the head of the Joint Coordination Center said.

As Ukrinform reported, over 25 combat engagements with the enemy took place over the past day, and the Armed Forces offensive continues.

In addition, over the past day, the enemy carried out 29 air strikes and fired 43 times from multiple rocket launchers at the positions of our troops and populated areas. Russian terrorist attacks have resulted in deaths and injuries among the civilian population. Residential buildings, an educational institution, and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed.

The likelihood of missile and air strikes across Ukraine remains high.
