Zelensky Holds Meeting On Arms Supply For Ukrainian Forces

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has held a conference call to discuss the supply of equipment and ammunition for Ukraine's defense forces. He announced this on telegram , Ukrinform reports.
"A daily conference call. We constantly monitor the supply of equipment and ammunition, the pace of our own production," Zelensky wrote.
According to him, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense were instructed to work with partners "so that the next defense packages contain exactly what is needed."
Intelligence reports on the enemy's tactical and strategic plans, the state of its military industry, as well as preparing Ukraine's energy system and air defense for the winter season, were heard at the meeting, Zelensky said.
Read also: russian military death toll in ukraine exceeds 256,000 The participants also discussed the issue of eliminating the consequences of Russian strikes on civilian infrastructure, evacuation of residents from the Kupiansk district, assistance to the victims, and the construction of new housing in the Kherson and Kyiv regions.
Additionally, the functioning of the "grain corridor" was discussed at the meeting, Zelensky said.
"The first [grain ship] left. We are preparing the next steps," he added.
