Doha, Qatar: As a follow-up to a prior announcement on Qatar and Bahrain resuming flights between two countries, Qatar Airways has opened the booking for direct flights to the neighbouring Gulf country.
The national carrier will start flying the Airbus A320 for its 50 minute journey which will take off from Doha at 8pm everyday, starting this Thursday, May 25. According to the website, an economy ticket will cost a flyer QAR1,210 while QAR4,780 for First Elite seat.

The airline's website also allows booking for return flight (QR1109) from Bahrain to Qatar on the same day, with the flight scheduled to take off at 10:20pm and touch down in Doha at 11:15pm.
Aviation analyst Alex Macheras also confirmed the above update on his social media adding that "in addition to QR [Qatar Airways], Bahrain's Gulf Air will operate multiple daily service between Bahrain and Qatar, increasing capacity on the route".
