Over 200 Foreign Companies to Participate in Iran's International Oil Show 2023


(MENAFN) More than 200 foreign companies from 13 countries are set to participate in the 27th Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition, also known as the Iran Oil Show 2023. The exhibition will be held at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds from May 17-20. The Director General of the Iranian Oil Ministry's Office of Public Relations, Ali Forouzandeh, announced that the participating foreign companies are from Russia, China, Belarus, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, India, UAE, Oman, and Turkey.

Forouzandeh stated that the number of foreign participants in this year's exhibition has doubled compared to the previous year, indicating a growing interest in Iran's oil and gas industry. Additionally, the number of Iranian companies participating in the event has increased by 35 percent, demonstrating a strong presence of domestic companies in the industry.

The Iran Oil Show 2023 will feature 100 events, including the signing of memorandums of understanding and contracts between different departments of the Oil Ministry and private companies. There will also be 33 side events, 10 specialized knowledge-based meetings, five presentations by the Vice Presidency of Research and Technology, three business forums with Russian companies, and three meetings focusing on optimization. Moreover, the exhibition will showcase a large number of oil industry equipment built by domestic companies.

The Iran Oil Show is a significant event for Iran's oil and gas industry, as it provides a platform for companies to showcase their products and services, network with potential partners, and explore new business opportunities. The exhibition has been held annually since 1995 and has become one of the largest events of its kind in the Middle East.
