Moderate Weather, Temperatures Uptick Forecast Sunday

Amman, May 14 (Petra) -- Moderate weather conditions are predicated in most regions on Sunday and Monday, despite a tangible upsurge in temperatures. However, it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
Clouds will be formed at high altitudes, and winds will be northwesterly light to moderate.
Temperatures will continue to rise on Tuesday, reaching records higher than their average rates for this time of year by about (5–6) degrees Celsius. Therefore, the weather will be relatively hot in most areas, and hot in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be generally moderate to brisk, blowing from northeast to southeast.
Today's peak temperatures will be between 28 and 26 degrees Celsius in Amman and various highlands throughout the Kingdom, with lows of 16 or even 14 degrees in the southern highlands at night. The Gulf city of Aqaba will have warmer weather, with highs of 35C and lows of 23C.
