Doha: Three commercial properties in Msheireb Downtown Doha have become the first buildings in Qatar to achieve SmartScore certification recently. SmartScore certification, from global certification body WiredScore, identifies best-in-class smart buildings that deliver an exceptional user experience, drive cost efficiency, meet high sustainability standards and are fully future-ready. It is a landmark project of Msheireb Properties that is setting new standards in sustainable urban development. It is a mixed-use development that includes residential, commercial, and cultural spaces, and is designed to promote sustainable living in the heart of Doha.
